Oakville A’s – Midget Elite League (MEL)
For the 2016 season, the Oakville A’s are proud to announce we will be running a 17U Midget team that
will compete in the newly formed Midget Elite League (MEL)
** Players in this age division must be born AFTER May 1st, 1998 **
2016 Outlook
_ Fall Ball schedule running from early September – Mid October (Games & Practices)
_ Winter Training – 2 times a week + drop in hitting/pitching from January – May
_ Spring Break Trip to Florida (Flight, Hotel, Meals and Baseball Activities Included)
_ MEL League Schedule – Approximately 30 league games in the 17/18u division
_ 3 U.S. Tournaments
_ 3 Local Tournaments including Eliminations, OBA’s and MEL Showcase Tournament
_ Home games played at Oakville Park, Indoor practices at The Corbett’s Dugout
** Cost for the program will be $4,900 (OMBA Registration & Florida Trip Included) **
