Baseball Oakville has named Scott Kirkpatrick as the 15U Elite Head Coach.

Scott is a former collegiate baseball player, having played both in the US during undergrad and Canada during law school. He formerly played for Team Alberta and led his Calgary team to multiple provincial championships.

Scott has been coaching baseball for 16 years, is currently the longest serving active coach at Oakville Baseball and the only Ontario head coach to have led his team to multiple COBA championships at the 2004 age level. In prior years, Scott has seen his former players progress on to collegiate, professional and Team Canada baseball. He is also a certified coach in soccer, basketball and volleyball.

The 2004 Oakville age group has set records for most wins among all COBA teams, in addition to winning two league championship and an Ontario silver medal. The group has won numerous tournament gold medals at the AAA rep level and was the first Canadian team ever to win the “Beast of the East.” The Oakville team is also the club’s first to win the historic CNE Peewee tournament in the tournament’s 60 years.

This talented group will be looking to strengthen its roster and further develop its talent in preparation for a national championship in the 2019 Bantam season. The 15U Elite development will see weekly indoor training at our private indoor facility, along with strength & conditioning, mental preparedness modules, nutritional training, and the addition of the latest in baseball training innovations.
