The Canadian Baseball Network's Top 100 Most Influential Canadians in Baseball. Richard has coached our Oakville A's Junior team for the past several years.
In addition to coaching, Rich has been writing about the Toronto Blue Jays for 22 years and before that he was running the Expos Public Relations for 21 years. He is also a regular on the Scott MacArthur show, which is aired on TSN in the afternoons. He is the market’s quickest wit whether it be in print, on TV or radio or in person! One ex-Montrealer who follows the Jays calls Griffin “the heart and conscience of sporting’s fifth estate.”
Rich coaches the Junior team alongside with Michael Nightingale.
