House League Coach of the Month - June
Submitted By hbusseri on Saturday, July 5, 2014
Congratulations to Nick Stefanac, coach of the Peewee Dodgers, our House League Coach of the month for June.

Nick is a passionate coach that regularly goes above and beyond his regular coaching duties to help out the League and the players.
He was asked to act as the Peewee House League Convenor back in April and did not hesitate in accepting this new role.  His communication and organizational skills have been a huge help in ensuring the Peewee divisions success this season.
Nick also volunteered for the full duration of the Blue Jays Instructional clinic held at Palermo Park on Friday, June 6, helping to set-up, take down and monitor the clinic for the full four hours.  Sixty players participated in this years event with the hopes that this event will grow exponentially next season!
Additionally, Nick took on the Convenor role for the First Annual Al Simpson Peewee Intra League tournament and lent a huge helping hand during the First Annual Debbie Defrancesco Mosquito Intra League Tournament which ran simultaneously the weekend of June 13-15 at Millbank Park.  Nick's help throughout the weekend was critical to the success of both tournaments, and we couldn't have done it without him.
Nick is always willing to lend a helping hand without hesitation.  He has attended Rookie Ball games to provide feedback to the League, dropped off/picked up equipment as needed, and is always somebody you can call on if an extra set of hands is needed.  His energy and motivation is an inspiration to coaches, players and the League.
For all of the reasons above and more, Nick is being awarded House League Coach of the month for June!
From all of us at Baseball Oakville, Congratulations Nick!
