NOTICE OF OAKVILLE MINOR BASEBALL ASSOCIATION 2025 AGM (RE-DO OF NOVEMBER 20, 2025 AGM)

Date: Thursday, February 26, 2026
Time: 7:00pm
Location: In-Person at Oakville Town Hall in the Bronte-Palermo Room (1225 Trafalgar Rd, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3)




Agenda will be as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Confirmation of Quorum
3. Introductory Remarks
4. Operational Reports
5. Presentation of the Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report
6. Appointment of the Auditor for Fiscal 2025-26
7. Election of Directors
8. Concluding Remarks

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
There will be six (6) open positions for Director. The six newly elected Directors will join the three (3) current Directors who have time remaining on their terms (Robert Murakami - one year remaining, Arden Semper - two years remaining, and Alex Makrygiannis - one year remaining).
Individuals interested in serving on the OMBA’s Board of Directors are encouraged to submit their name, contact information, and a short bio and statement not to exceed three-hundred (300) words as to why they are interested in serving on the Board. Please submit your indication of interest to the OMBA here no later than 5:00pm on Friday, February 20, 2026.
