2025 AGM
The Oakville Minor Baseball Association (Baseball Oakville), will hold its annual general meeting (the Meeting) on Thursday November 20, 2025.




The Meeting will be held at 7:00pm EST at the Town Hall (Oakville-Trafalgar Room) located at 1225 Trafalgar Road.

Items to Be Acted On at the Meeting
At the Meeting, the Board of Directors will act on the following items:
1. Approve the Financial Statements for the 2025 fiscal year
2. Election of Board Directors

Those attending the Meeting must be a current member of Baseball Oakville in good standing. There will be a short presentation on the 2025 operating year in review and the go forward plans for Baseball Oakville.
