2026 16U Elite Head Coach - Jason Sinclair



Jason has been coaching with the OMBA for 8yrs and is currently the Head Coach of the 15U EBLO Team. Jason prides himself on his personable and transparent approach. His coaching philosophy is centered on nurturing a deep love for the game in his players while creating a positive and supportive team environment. He is dedicated to helping players enhance their baseball skills and IQ, and believes in teaching valuable life lessons through the sport. By fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement, Jason aims to develop well-rounded individuals both on and off the field.

July 29 - 8:30-10:30pm - Oakville Park

Aug 5 - 7:00-9:00pm - The Dugout facility
