2025 15U Elite Head Coach Announced
We welcome Jason Sinclair to our Elite program for the 2025 season as the Head Coach of our 15U Elite team.




Jason has been coaching with the OMBA for 7yrs and is currently the Head Coach of the 14U Tier 1 team. Jason prides himself on his personable and transparent approach. His coaching philosophy is centered on nurturing a deep love for the game in his players while creating a positive and supportive team environment. He is dedicated to helping players enhance their baseball skills and IQ, and believes in teaching valuable life lessons through the sport. By fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement, Jason aims to develop well-rounded individuals both on and off the field.
