Winter Training Begins
The Minor Bantam AA's have begun their early winter training program.
The pre-New Year program is based on swing mechanics and fundamentals. The boys have been working on proper swing fundamentals and tee work. This will provide them a solid base as the January practice schedule expands to fielding, throwing, and pitching.
